This study evaluates the security of JPEG and PNG formatted images using an enhanced RC4 cryptographic algorithm through longer key lengths, key randomness, and the use of salt. The objectives include the implementation of RC4 on images, the assessment of the security level of the encryption results, and testing resilience against brute force and dictionary attacks. Algoritma Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) dan Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) adalah dua teknik yang umum digunakan dalam steganografi untuk menanamkan data ke dalam media digital seperti gambar dan video. Dalam studi ini, kami mengusulkan perbandingan antara algoritma DCT-2D, DWT, dan metode penyisipan Least Significant Bit (LSB) dalam steganografi video. This study aims to design and implement a village website as a medium for information and government transparency using the Django Framework and the Python programming language. The method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model that includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed with a Model-View-Template (MVT) architecture that separates business logic, display, and data. The main features developed include news and announcement management, village profiles, online administration services, transparency of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes), an activity gallery, and a public complaint system. System testing using black box testing and usability testing methods showed that the system functioned well with a user satisfaction rate of 87.5% and a functional success rate of 95%.
