Abstract

In teaching and learning activities, there are two things that determine the success or failure of a teaching and learning process, namely classroom management and teaching itself. These two things are interdependent. Students can learn well, in a natural atmosphere without pressure and in conditions that stimulate learning. To create an atmosphere that fosters passion for learning, improves student learning achievement, and enables teachers to provide guidance to students in learning, adequate classroom management is needed. Therefore, the researcher aims to find out the teacher's efforts in classroom management. This research method is used by the author using qualitative methods. This classroom management strategy aims to be shown to elementary school students or students to improve student discipline in the classroom or elementary school. The technique for writing this article is based on literature review and practical experience in the field without involving research or direct observation. This technique as well as this study and discussion includes how to implement classroom management in the implementation of learning in schools, then finding out teacher obstacles in classroom management efforts and to find out Teachers' efforts to overcome student discipline in elementary schools.
