RESISTENSI TERHADAP INOVASI DIGITAL: TELAAH SISTEMATIS DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital di sekolah seharusnya menjadi pendorong utama transformasi pendidikan. Namun, resistensi terhadap perubahan menjadi salah satu hambatan yang signifikan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor resistensi terhadap adopsi teknologi digital di lingkungan sekolah dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Berdasarkan analisis terhadap 20 publikasi (5 buku dan 15 artikel jurnal) yang dipilih melalui kriteria inklusi-eksklusi tertentu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor utama resistensi meliputi kurangnya kompetensi digital, ketidakpastian terhadap efektivitas teknologi, beban kerja tambahan, dan budaya organisasi yang konservatif. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya strategi perubahan yang lebih adaptif dan berbasis penguatan kapasitas guru serta reformasi budaya sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami resistensi terhadap perubahan dan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola pendidikan.
