Abstract

Student involvement in the learning process is one of the key factors in achieving educational success. Effective classroom management can increase student engagement and create a conducive learning environment. This article aims to identify effective strategies in classroom management that can increase student engagement based on literature available from various online sources, including Google, papers, books, and journals. Strategies identified include creating a positive learning environment, using a variety of teaching techniques, providing constructive feedback, and implementing effective classroom management. It is hoped that this strategy can help teachers increase student involvement so that their learning outcomes are more optimal.
